Fitness Prime Health Clubs logged net profits amounting to EGP 810,132 in the first nine months of 2024.

Fitness Prime Health Clubs has submitted an offer to Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development to take part in the establishment of a sports club on a 25-feddan area in New Heliopolis City.

The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) listing committee has approved listing an increase of EGP 15.9 million for Fitness Prime Health Clubs’ issued and paid-up capital.

Fitness Prime Health Clubs’ ordinary and extraordinary general meeting (OGM and EGM) have approved raising the issued and paid-up capital by EGP 15.9 million distributed over 31.8 million bonus shares at a par value of EGP 0.5 per share.

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved the publication of the prospectus of the public offering of up to 20% of Fitness Prime’s capital on the Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) small- and medium-sized market, known as NILEX.
