Seif El-Din Thabet named Juhayna’s Vice Chairman, CEO

Arab Finance: The board of directors of Juhayna Food Industries has approved the appointment of Seif El-Din Safwan Thabet as the firm’s Vice Chairman and CEO, according to a bourse filing on February 14th.

Also, Niels Thomsen has been appointed as the company’s Managing Director.

On February 9th, the Cairo Criminal Court removed the name of the businessman Safwan Thabet from Egypt’s terrorist list.

On January 21st, Safwan, the founder and former CEO of Juhayna Food Industries, and his son Seif were released from prison after a two-year detention.
