Arab Finance: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of the Commercial International Bank (CIB) has officially named Amin Hisham Ezz Al-Arab as the bank’s non-executive chairman, according to statement on March 20th.
The OGM also approved the cash dividends proposal for the full-year 2022, under which the bank shall pay dividends of EGP 0.53 per share as of April 6th, with the eligibility for shareholders in distribution on a record date of April 3rd.
Moreover, the OGM agreed to raise the bank’s issued and paid-up capital by EGP 204.447 million distributed over 20.444 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 10 per share.
