French Accor seeks to scale up hotel room capacity in Egypt by 25%

Arab Finance: The French hospitality group Accor is planning to increase its hotel room capacity in Egypt by around 25%, equivalent to 1,400 rooms, via establishing seven new hotels until 2027, Chief Development Officer at Accor Maya Ziadeh told Asharq Business.

The group is looking forward to expanding in different places, such as the New Administrative Capital, New Assiut City, New Alamein City, the North Coast, and New Mansoura City via its trademarks Swissôtel and Novotel, Ziadeh said.

It is worth mentioning that the group runs 24 hotels in Egypt, with room capacity of 5,000.
