Arab Finance: The Saudi Arabian Seera Group is seeking to invest EGP 5.5 billion to establish a commercial tourism project overlooking the Nile during the second half of 2024, two unnamed sources familiar with the matter told Asharq Business.

The company will finance the project from its own resources, and the project will be implemented in three to four years.

However, the Saudi group denied investing in this project.

In 2002, Seera acquired two land plots spanning 9,500 square meters over the Nile in an auction for EGP 73 million.
