Oct 19: Cairo Educational Services to discuss capital hike by LE24 m

Arab Finance: Cairo Educational Services (CAED) called extra-general assembly to be convened on October 19.

General assembly will review issued capital hike from LE24 million to LE48 million, with increase amounting to LE24 million.

Capital hike will be through distribution of 6 million shares at nominal value of LE4 (one free stock for every existing one held).

Capital hike will be funded from delayed profits.
