May 13: GMC Group's OGM to review extending company's activity

ArabFinance: GMC Group for Industrial Commercial & Financial Investments (GMCI) announced in a statement sent to EGX, it cancelled the ordinary general assembly which was scheduled to be convened on April 29, due to lack of quorum.

The company announced the second meeting for OGM will be on May 13, 2017.

It is worth to mention, GMC Group's OGM will review extending company's activity for 25 years, starting from October 21, 2017, and ending October 20, 2042.

Moreover, the EGM will discuss the acquisition of a part or entire stake of GMC for Engineering Industry.
