Court reserves Delta Constraction's chairman delict to judgement

ArabFinance: Delta Construction & Rebuilding (DCRC) announced in a statement sent to EGX, the court has reserved the appeal on misdemeanor no. 247 of 2016 to judgment on March 06, 2018.

It is worth to mention, the economic court ruled on November 29, 2017, fining the company chairman of LE500 thousand and prevent him from working for one year, on the delict no. 247 of 2016.

The delict was filed from Financial and commercial Prosecution against Delta Construction's chairman, according to Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority's (EFSA) investigation request, regarding rules for supervisory organization upon markets and non-banking tools of article no. 16 from Law no. 10 of 2016.
