National Drilling Chairman reduce his stake to 95.8%

ArabFinance: National Drilling - (NDRL) announced in a statement sent to EGX, the company's Chairman, Ahmed Rashad Mohamed Rashad Ahmed, has sold 55,145 shares.

The company added that Rashad stake after execution of deal represents 95.773% from 96.87%.

Rashad sold the shares in a deal worth $196.3 thousand at an average price of $3.65 per share.
