ArabFinance: Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt’s (FAIT) (FAITA) volume of business increased to LE95.986 billion at the end of February 2019, compared to LE84.437 billion in the same period last year, representing 13.7% growth, the bank stated in a statement sent to EGX.
Additionally, the total assets of the bank increased from LE83.181 billion in February 2018 to LE94.318 billion in February 2019, representing 13.4% growth.
The current accounts and deposits rose to LE79.523 billion in February 2019, compared to LE71.640 billion in the same period of the previous year, representing 11% growth. The bank accounts reached 1,638,000 by the end of February 2019.
