Faisal Bank declares cash dividends of $0.08/dollar stock & EGP 1.433/EGP stock

ArabFinance: Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt (FAIT) (FAITA) announced in a statement sent to EGX, it declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per dollar stock and EGP 1.433 per Egyptian pound stock payable on April 17, 2019.

It is noteworthy that the shareholders as on April 14, 2019, are entitled to cash dividends distribution.

It is worth mentioning that the ordinary general assembly which was convened on March 28, 2019, approved the cash dividends.
