Red Sea Hotels Holding decreases his stake in ERC to 20.1%

ArabFinance: Egyptian Resorts (EGTS) said Red Sea Hotels Holding For Touristic Investment sold 1,000,000 shares from its shares.

Red Sea Hotels Holding stake after deal execution has become 20.096% of the company’s capital from 21.059%.

It is worth to mention the deal amount is EGP 2,813,815 at an average price of EGP 2.834 per share.
