ArabFinance: Alexandria Spinning & Weaving's (Spinalex) (SPIN) Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) that convened on Nov. 26, 2019, approved selling a part of its land plot in Alexandria at EGP 10,500 for the square meter, with a total amount of EGP 210 million.
