ArabFinance: Misr Oils and Soap Company (MOSC) posted EGP 20.944 million in its net profit for the fiscal year (FY) of 2019/2020, according to the company's amended financial statements released on September 8th.
In FY 2018/2019, the company incurred a net loss of EGP 15.594 million.
MOSC achieved a net profit of EGP 6.502 million in the first half of FY 2019/2020, compared to EGP 1.503 million posted in the prior-year period.
MOSC is an Egypt-based company engaged in the extraction and refining of oils from plants and animals, and the production of soap and detergents.
The company’s oil products include sunflower oils, corn oils, cotton seeds oils, soya oils, ghee, and butter.
