Misr Beni Suef Cement to distribute bonus late October

ArabFinance: Misr Beni Suef Cement Company (MBSC) will distribute 75 million bonus shares for fiscal year 2019 on October 28th, according to a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange.
The shares value stands at EGP 112.5 million or EGP 1.5 per each stock, a September 30th statement indicated.
Meanwhile, the last dividend date for shareholders is set as October 25th, according to the disclosure.
The company’s ordinary general meeting on March 28th nodded to the financial results and bonus of 2019, during when the company achieved a net profit of EGP 80.24 million.
