South Cairo Mills names new chairman

ArabFinance: South Cairo and Giza Mills and Bakeries announced Ahmed Dhaif Mahmoud Sakr as the company’s chairman and managing director, according to an updated disclosure on January 12th.

Sakr has replaced Tohami Ahmed Hussein, South Cairo Mills indicated.

Last month, the company’s shareholders approved business continuity for one year.
