TAMEER’s board approves capital increase

ArabFinance: The board of directors of Development and Engineering Consultants (TAMEER) (DAPH) approved the increase of issued and paid-in capital to EGP 274.42 million from EGP 249.48 million with an increase amounting to EGP 24.94 million, according to the company’s February 4th statement to the Egyptian Exchange.

The company will issue 1.78 million free shares at a nominal value of EGP 14 per share.

In April 2020, the company’s extraordinary general meeting approved capital increase, and the distribution of one free share for each 10 held.

TAMEER suffered a consolidated net loss of EGP 13.37 million during the first nine months of 2020, against a net profit of EGP 14.28 million in the same period of 2019. 

Established in 1954 and listed on the EGX in 1996, TAMEER operates within the capital goods sector focusing on construction and engineering.
