ArabFinance: Raya Contact Center (RCC) (RACC), a fully owned subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments (Raya) (RAYA), awarded 2021’s Gulf Customer Experience Awards (GCXA), RCC said in a press release.
The company won the Gold Award for Customer Experience (CX) in Times of Crisis and the Silver Award in CX Team of the Year.
The award reflects the company’s huge flexibility and adaptability in difficult times when ensuring that its employees are safe and business continuity is sustained when the COVID-19 outbreak started.
GCXA, the most significant celebration of CX in the Gulf and beyond, was held on February 15th and 16th in Dubai.
The ceremony was attended by Ahmed Refky, RCC’s CEO, and Hossam Fouad, GCC General Manager, in addition to Mina Habib, the Head of Marketing.
The listed company reported a 70% Year on Year decrease in its consolidated net profit in the first nine months of 2020, recording EGP 27.98 million, compared to EGP 91.84 million in the prior-year period.
