Raya Contact Center profit decline to EGP 36M

ArabFinance: Raya Contact Center (RCC) (RACC) reported a 68% Year on Year decline in its consolidated net profit in 2020, according to the company’s March 7^th financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

Consolidated net profit before minority interest stood at EGP 35.638 million in 2020, compared to EGP 113.212 million achieved in 2019.

Standalone net profit reached EGP 85.035 million in 2020, a 29% rise from EGP 65.968 million posted in 2019.

Raya Contact Center, a fully owned subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments (Raya) (RAYA), awarded 2021’s Gulf Customer Experience Awards (GCXA), RCC said.

RCC is an Egypt-based company engaged in the provision of business process outsourcing services. Its services are structured into four divisions: contact center, back office, inside sales, and professional services.
