ArabFinance: Raya Contact Center (RCC) (RACC) posted a consolidated net profit before the minority interest of EGP 1,752,052 in quarter one (Q1) 2021, according to the company’s May 10th financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
This marked a Year on Year decline of 82% when compared to EGP 10,037,170 in Q1 2020.
Standalone net loss reached EGP 6,193,478 in Q1 2021, a 29% decline from EGP 8,719,773 posted in the prior-year period.
Raya Contact Center, a fully owned subsidiary of Raya Holding, awarded 2021’s Gulf Customer Experience Awards (GCXA), RCC said.
RCC is an Egypt-based company engaged in the provision of business process outsourcing services. Its services are structured into four divisions: contact center, back office, inside sales, and professional services.
