EFSC profit drops to EGP 32M

ArabFinance: Egypt Free Shops Company (EFSC) (MFSC) posted a consolidated net profit before minority interest of EGP 91.546 million in the first nine months of the fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, according to the company’s May 26th financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
This marked a Year on Year (YoY) rise of 17.7% when compared to EGP 111.293 million in the July-March period 2020.
Standalone net profit reached EGP 91.496 million in the July-March period 2021, a 21% decline from EGP 116.309 million posted in the prior-year period.
The listed company is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the import and sale of duty-free goods and consumer products. It offers several brands and types of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, fragrances, and gift items.
