Raya Contact Center to establish new entity

ArabFinance: Raya Contact Center (RCC) will establish a new company in the United State of America under name of Raya Customer Experience, LLC, according to the company’s statement released on July 27th.

Raya Contact announced on July 13th that its subsidiary Raya Customer Experience launched its first Corporate Accelerator Raya FutureTECH, powered by the venture builder, Openner.

The listed company posted a consolidated net profit before the minority interest of EGP 1,752,052 in quarter one of 2021. 

RCC is an Egypt-based company engaged in the provision of business process outsourcing services. Its services are structured into four divisions: contact center, back office, inside sales, and professional services.
