ArabFinance: GlaxoSmithKline, the UK-based company and the owner of GSK- Egypt, will establish a new company to market the consumer health products, while GlaxoSmithKline will manufacture and market pharmaceutical/vaccines, according to the GSK Egypt’s statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
GSK – Egypt restructures by separating the pharmaceutical/vaccines and consumer healthcare business globally as a general strategy in all markets and set up two independent UK-based global companies for that purpose.
The listed company distributed annual cash dividends of EGP 0.50 per share on July 7th.
GSK Egypt, a member of the British pharmaceutical company Glaxo Group, is an Egypt-based company engaged in the manufacture, packaging, marketing, sale, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
