Egypt Free Shops announces payout date of EGP 1.199/share

ArabFinance: Egypt Free Shops Company (EFSC) (MFSC) will distribute annual cash dividends of EGP 1.1993630186 per share on September 23rd, according to the company’s August 26th statement filed the Egyptian Exchange.
The company stated the dividend will be disbursed to the shareholders recorded on September 20th.
Egypt Free Shops posted a consolidated net profit before minority interest of EGP 91.546 million in the first nine months of the fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021.
The listed company is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the import and sale of duty-free goods and consumer products. It offers several brands and types of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, fragrances, and gift items.
