EGY EDU INVEST B.V acquires 13.17% of Taaleem Management Services

ArabFinance: Taaleem Management Services said that EGY EDU INVEST B.V purchased 96.151 million shares of its share at EGP 441.335 million, according to Taaleem’s statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
EGY EDU INVEST B.V stake has become reached 13.17% after the transaction.
On August 29th, the EGX announced that a number of transactions have been implemented on 380.11 million shares of Taaleem Management Services.
The transactions have been executed at a total value of EGP 1.74 billion, the EGX added in a statement.
Established in 2015, Taaleem Management Services Company is engaged in the education sector. It owns Nahda University Beni Suef located in upper Egypt.
