ArabFinance: Care Healthcare has cut its stake in Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) (CLHO) to 29% from 37.78% in a transaction worth EGP 709.84 million, according to a shareholding disclosure filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

This came after Care Healthcare has sold around 141.96 million shares in CHG for an average price of EGP 5 per share.

Established in 2014, CHG expanded its geographical network in West Cairo to acquire two additional facilities, namely Nile Badrawi Hospital in 2015 and Al Shorouk Hospital in 2016.
