ArabFinance: Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) (CLHO) announced that its board of directors has approved the signing of an agreement with Hemocure institution to establish a center of excellence at El Katib Hospital, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Under this strategic agreement, the new center will be set up under the name of CHG Hemocure.

This marks the first center to be established as per CHG’s plan to reinforce different medical services and to build centers of excellence.

Established in 2014, CHG expanded its geographical network in West Cairo to acquire two additional facilities, namely Nile Badrawi Hospital in 2015 and Al Shorouk Hospital in 2016.
