Canal Shipping Agencies announces date of dividend payment

ArabFinance: Canal Shipping Agencies (CSAG) announced that the eligibility in the cash dividend payment worth EGP 1.270116 per share will be to shareholders on a record date of February 15^th, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The cash dividends will be distributed to shareholders as of February 20^th.

The company previously announced that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the distribution of cash dividends worth EGP 1.270116 per share to shareholders for fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021.

Canal Shipping is a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport that provides marine port services and shipping services to international commercial fleets.

The company operates four agencies, namely Asswan Shipping Agency, Assuit Shipping Agency, El Menia Shipping Agency, and Damanhour Shipping Agency.
