ArabFinance: Arab Developers Holding (ADH), previously known as Porto Group Holding (PORT), announced the launch of two new brands, Nyoum and Sia, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.

Nyoum will represent the company’s housing projects, while Sia will include tourism projects, the statement said.

ADH unveiled intentions to pump EGP 1.5 billion into projects in 2022 to accelerate execution and delivery rates.

The company also noted that it is open to all financing options in case external funding is needed, adding that it relies first on its resources.

Moreover, ADH revealed plans to deliver over 2,000 units in different projects during 2022, noting that it is targeting the generation of more than EGP 2 billion in contracting sales in the same period.

ADH is an Egypt-based holding company engaged in many segments through its subsidiaries, namely education, marketing, real estate, investment, and management.
