Creed Healthcare indirectly exits from CHG

ArabFinance: Malta’s Creed Healthcare has transferred its ownership in Care Healthcare, which holds a 29% stake in Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) (CLHO), to RCARE CV, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

It is worth noting that RCARE CV is an established fund under the laws of Netherlands, with RCare GP B.V. being its general partner.

Established in 2014, CHG expanded its geographical network in West Cairo to acquire two additional facilities, namely Nile Badrawi Hospital in 2015 and Al Shorouk Hospital in 2016.
