AT Lease’s OGM approves EGP 106.8M dividends

ArabFinance: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Al Tawfeek Leasing Company (A.T.LEASE) (ATLC) has approved the distribution of EGP 106.802 million in cash dividends, equivalent to EGP 0.93 per share, for 2021, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

Al Tawfeek recorded a consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company of EGP 134.06 million in the full-year ended December 31st 2021.

AT LEASE is an Egypt-based Islamic sharia-compliant leasing company, which provides a variety of international leasing solutions and products. The company offers its products under the following categories: financial lease/capital, true ease, structured lease, and vendor lease.
