OFH denies any connections to Capiter

Arab Finance: Orascom Financial Holding (OFH) announced that it has no relations with Capiter and has no investments in the latter, according to a statement.

These announcements came due to the recently circulated news on Capiter’s board of directors dismissing Mahmoud Noah and Ahmed Noah from their executive positions.

Founded in 2020, OFH is a technology-driven financial service investment company. The company is traded on the Egyptian Exchange under the symbol OFH.CA.
