Waha Capital buys 3.7M additional shares in CIRA

Arab Finance: Waha Capital Investments has purchased 3.755 million shares in Cairo for Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA) at a value of EGP 48.184 million or EGP 12.83 per share, according to a shareholding disclosure on October 30th.

Accordingly, Waha Capital’s stake in CIRA increased to 5.027% from 4.413%.

CIRA is an Egypt-based company, operating in the investment field across diversified sectors, including education, construction and real estate, health care, information technology, and support services.
