Arab Finance: Nokia has sealed a new cross-license patent agreement with Samsung after the previously signed agreement expired at the end of 2022, Reuters reported on January 23^rd, citing a company statement.

As per the agreement, Samsung will make payments to the Finnish company for a multi-year period as of January 1^st, 2023.

The agreement covers the fundamental inventions by Nokia in 5G and other technologies, however, its terms remain confidential.
