Arab Finance: Mohamed Ayman Kamal El Din Mohamed Abdul Khaliq Korra purchased 82.705 million shares in Korra Energi, raising his ownership to 72.46% from 68.46%, according to a statement.

The transaction was executed at a total value of EGP 205.192 million, with an average price of EGP 2.48 per share.

Wilzy Securities and Brokerage was the broker for the transaction, which was implemented on October 18.

Earlier this month, CEO Ayman Korra reduced his stake in the company to 73.48% from 75% after selling shares worth more than EGP 205.34 million.
