Arab Finance: The General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Croatian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development to strengthen investment cooperation between Egypt and Croatia, as per a statement.
The signing was witnessed by Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic.
Madbouly emphasized that the MoU supports bilateral investments by improving the investment environment and facilitating investor services.
He highlighted that the agreement reflects both countries’ commitment to building strong economic ties and expanding opportunities for cooperation.
Deputy Executive President of GAFI Yasser Abbas revealed that the coming period will see increased coordination, including mutual business visits and bilateral meetings, to map out investment opportunities and promote expertise exchange between the two countries.
