World’s Top Rice Consumers in 2022

China came on top of countries who consumed rice last year with 155 million tons, followed by India with 112.5 million tons and Bangladesh with 37.6 million tons, according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Egypt came in the fourth place consuming 4 million tons of rice in 2022.
