Parkville Holding to expand regionally via partnership with Admaius Capital

Arab Finance: The private equity firm Admaius Capital Partners has sealed a strategic partnership agreement with Parkville Holding Company, an Egyptian healthcare company, as per a news release.
This partnership will enable Parkville to expand regionally and promote its existing brands and robust pipeline by benefiting from Admaius’ wide network.
Matouk Bassiouny served as the legal advisor for Admaius, while Adsero acted as the legal advisor for Parkville Ltd and founders.
Zilla Capital was the sole financial advisor for Parkville Ltd and founders.
“Through its portfolio of high-quality and affordable products Parkville is able to effectively serve the needs of its 80% female customer base,” Marlon Chigwende, the Managing Partner of Admaius, said.
“Their [Admaius] extensive experience and resources will undoubtedly help us launch new products to meet gaps in the market, develop our human capital and drive long-term value for our investors and stakeholders,” Co-Founder of Parkville Sherif Bassiouny commented.
