EFG Hermes wraps up advisory on EFG Corp-Solutions’ EGP 433M note issuance

Arab Finance: EFG Hermes, a subsidiary of EFG Holding Company, has concluded advisory on a short-term note issuance worth EGP 433 million for a one-year term for EFG Corp-Solutions, a subsidiary of EFG Finance, as per an emailed press release.
This transaction marks the first of its kind for EFG Corp-Solutions.
EFG Hermes served as the sole financial advisor, transaction manager, book-runner, underwriter, and arranger for the issuance.
“This successful issuance not only marks a significant milestone for EFG Corp-Solutions but also showcases the remarkable cross-selling synergies within EFG Holding,” Maged El Ayouti, Co-Head of Investment Banking at EFG Hermes, stated.
“This achievement is a significant milestone for EFG Corp-Solutions and demonstrates our capability to attract diverse investors … We look forward to leveraging this momentum to further expand our footprint and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.” CEO of EFG Corp-Solutions Talal El Ayat commented.
On a separate note, EFG Holding’s CEO Karim Awad expects Egypt’s purchasing managers’ index (PMI) to surpass the 50-point threshold soon, Asharq Business reported.
