IFAP’s EGM nods to capital increase

Arab Finance: The International Company for Agriculture Crops’ (IFAP) extraordinary general meeting (EGM) has approved raising the authorized capital by EGP 500 million, as per a disclosure.

Thus, the capital shall be increased from EGP 500 million to EGP 1 billion.

Established in 1995, International for Agricultural Crops is a company engaged in farming, trading and distribution of crops and seeds.
