Egypt releases $34B worth of goods in 7 months

Arab Finance: The total value of goods and merchandise released at Egyptian ports from the beginning of 2024 until the end of July reached $34 billion, Head of the Egyptian Customs Authority (ECA) El-Shahat Ghatouri told Asharq Business.

Egypt gives priority to basic commodities, food, medicines, animal feed, and production essentials to meet market demands.
