Arab Finance: The General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) has secured a contract for 36,600 tons of imported crude sunflower oil through an international tender, as per a statement by Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade.

The contract covers the delivery of 24,600 tons of the shipment during the period between October 15^th and 31^st.

However, the remaining 12,000 tons are scheduled to be delivered between November 1^st and 15^th.

This move aims to secure the country's strategic reserve of sunflower oil.
