Arab Finance: Orascom Construction has reported a consolidated backlog of $7.7 billion as of June 30th, 2024, as per an emailed financial statement to Arab Finance.
The company’s revenue for the first half (H1) of 2024 reached $1.477 billion, with an adjusted EBITDA of $74.8 million and an adjusted net income attributable to shareholders of $64.7 million.
Additionally, Orascom Construction’s commercial production of the first phase of the 500-megawatt BOO wind farm in Egypt is on track to commence ahead of schedule in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2024.
