Arab Finance: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan have launched the Ras El-Hekma development project, a major initiative aimed at boosting economic, real estate, tourism, and environmental growth in Egypt, as per a statement issued by the Egyptian presidency on October 4th.
During the launch, the two leaders were presented with a detailed visual briefing on the project's objectives and its wide-reaching impact on various sectors.
The presentation highlighted the region's unique features and the integrated services that will enhance development opportunities.
Following the briefing, contracts were signed by Egyptian and Emirati companies, officially commencing work on the project.
Both President El-Sisi and Sheikh Mohammed emphasized that the Ras El-Hekma project exemplifies the strength of the development partnership between the two nations.
Additionally, the leaders witnessed the launch of a collaborative initiative involving international, Egyptian, and Emirati companies to advance innovation in the electric vehicle sector across the Middle East and North Africa.
