Arab Finance: The Egyptian Cabinet has named Sameh El-Kheshen as its spokesman, succeeding Nader Saad, according to a statement on September 28^th.

Saad will also serve as the Egyptian ambassador to Bulgaria and a non-resident ambassador to North Macedonia as per a presidential decree.

The new cabinet’s spokesperson holds a master’s degree in political science from the American University in Cairo (AUC).

He also worked at the Egyptian Embassy in the Central African Republic, the Permanent Mission of Egypt to the United Nations in Geneva, the Permanent Mission of Egypt to the United Nations in New York, and the Mission for the Protection of Egyptian Interests in Tehran.
