Arab Finance: Arabian Food Industries Company (Domty) has decided to reduce the prices of its white cheese products to reduce the burden on citizens, according to a press release on October 9th.
Domty’s decision came after the Egyptian government’s agreement with producers and retailers to cut prices of several food commodities by 15% to 25% for six months starting Saturday, October 14th.
Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Domty Mohamed El Damaty hailed the government’s move amid the economic challenges facing the country.
Domty is an Egypt-based company engaged in the production and sale of dairy products, including cheese products, such as Tetra Pak cheese, plastic tubes cheese, mozzarella cheese, and spread cheese, as well as milk products and juices.
