Unemployment Slightly Falls in Q2 2023

The unemployment rate in Egypt recorded 7% of total labor force in the second quarter (Q2) of 2023, according to the stats body CAPMAS.

The number of employed reached 28.8 million in Q2 2023, the data showed.

The total labor force hit 30.97 million during the April-June period of this year.
