Arab Finance: The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) has raised its foreign currency credit card purchase limit for customers abroad, increasing the monthly cap from EGP 240,000 to EGP 300,000, depending on the card type, Asharq Business reported.
The bank also raised the spending limit for foreign currency purchases without travel to EGP 100,000.
Additionally, the bank increased the amount of foreign currency available for cash exchange to traveling customers, offering up to $5,000, based on customer segments.
