Housing Ministry to launch "Your Home in Egypt" initiative to attract global investment

Arab Finance: The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities is planning to a new initiative, "Your Home in Egypt," aimed at expanding the country’s presence in the global housing market, Asharq Business reported, citing housing minister Sherif El-Sherbiny.

The initiative seeks to attract international buyers by offering a range of housing units, alongside diverse investment opportunities in service lands and integrated urban lands.

El-Sherbiny highlighted that “Your Home in Egypt” is part of a broader strategy to export Egyptian real estate and attract foreign investment to extend Egypt's global footprint in the housing and real estate sectors.
