Arab Finance: Abu Dhabi's Modon Holding has forged a strategic partnership with Hassan Allam Holding to explore collaboration on large-scale construction projects in Ras El Hekma, as per a joint statement.
The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), under which they will cooperate on infrastructure, energy, water and wastewater treatment, and other developments.
Moving forward, both entities will focus on utilities and infrastructure to deliver resilient and sustainable solutions in power, water treatment, and telecommunications.
“This collaboration on the Ras El Hekma project paves the way for delivering world-class developments while advancing the region’s urban and economic aspirations,” Hassan Allam, Group CEO of Hassan Allam Holding, commented.
For his part, Bill O'Regan, Group CEO of Modon Holding, said: “This partnership will further enhance Modon’s capacity to deliver vibrant lifestyle communities creating short-term impact and long-term value for Modon’s residents and guests.”
Additionally, Hassan Allam will provide turnkey construction solutions for Modon’s projects while adhering to high standards of safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
